Inside Saltbae Steak & Burger at The Dubai Mall
A fresh Dubai dining address with interiors that caught our eye — and a burger we’ll be back to try.
Hello Beauties,
Saltbae Steak & Burger is one of the newest openings at The Dubai Mall. We stopped by on 8 October to see the concept for ourselves and met Nusret Gökçe in person. He was genuinely friendly and approachable — a lovely, uncomplicated encounter.
But what stayed with us was the interior design. We really like how the restaurant has been put together: contemporary, distinctive and full of character. The setting has its own identity, which is precisely what makes us want to return.
Steakhouse DNA. Burger Attitude.
The new concept brings burgers and steaks together in a more casual setting. We were particularly taken with the interiors: the overall design feels considered and confident, while the atmosphere is relaxed enough for an easy stop during a day at the mall.
On the official Saltbae Burger website, the brand highlights freshly ground beef, buns baked in-house and burgers such as the Juicy Burger and Lokum Burger. We haven’t tried the food yet, so this is a first impression of the restaurant rather than a food review. The burger is on our list for our next visit.

The TBM Take
The reason we would recommend stopping by is simple: the concept works, and the interiors are particularly well done. It feels like a place with a clear point of view rather than just another new opening.
Meeting Nusret was a pleasant part of the visit, but the restaurant stands on its own. We’ll be back soon for a burger — and then we can tell you what we think of the food.
See you in the next edit. xo,
