THE DUBAI MALL EDIT
OUR EDITORIAL FAVOURITES
Hello Beauties,
Shopping in Dubai has always been about more than simply buying things. The best malls in Dubai have become destinations in their own right, places where fashion, architecture, cafés and everyday rituals come together. While there are countless shopping malls in Dubai, there are a few we genuinely keep returning to. These are the editorial favourites of the TBM team and the places we recommend most when friends ask us where to shop in Dubai.
From luxury shopping and international designer boutiques to coffee stops and hidden gems, these are our favourite shopping destinations in Dubai right now.
01 — Mall of the Emirates
Still our favourite mall in Dubai.
If we had to choose just one shopping mall in Dubai, it would still be Mall of the Emirates. There is something timeless about the atmosphere. It never feels overwhelming and somehow strikes the perfect balance between luxury shopping and everyday favourites.
One moment we’re visiting Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci or Saint Laurent, and the next we’re wandering through Zara, Zara Home or stopping by Primark. We also love that Ulta Beauty has finally arrived, making Mall of the Emirates even more exciting for beauty lovers.
The entire experience simply works. Whether it’s coffee, shopping, beauty or dinner, Mall of the Emirates remains our personal favourite and one of the best malls in Dubai.

02 — Dubai Festival City Mall
One of Dubai’s most underrated experiences.
Dubai Festival City Mall remains one of our favourite recommendations and one of the most underrated shopping destinations in Dubai.
Take the Green Line Metro all the way to Creek Station and hop on one of the traditional Abra boats. For only AED 3–4, you’ll cross Dubai Creek before arriving at Festival City. To us, this remains one of the most beautiful and authentic little experiences in Dubai.
Afterwards, we love finding a table overlooking Festival Bay and simply enjoying a coffee while watching the water. Around sunset, it becomes one of our favourite places in the city.

03 — Dubai Mall
The extraordinary one.
No matter how many times we visit, Dubai Mall still manages to impress. Fashion Avenue alone is home to some of the most prestigious luxury houses in the world, while the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain and endless dining options make the experience feel uniquely Dubai.
For luxury shopping in Dubai, it remains one of the most extraordinary destinations anywhere in the world.

04 — Nakheel Mall
Quiet luxury on Palm Jumeirah.
Nakheel Mall offers a completely different atmosphere. It feels calmer, more relaxed and perfectly complements the lifestyle of Palm Jumeirah. We especially love combining shopping with dinner or a visit to The View.

05 — Ibn Battuta Mall
Still one of Dubai’s hidden gems.
Inspired by the travels of Ibn Battuta, this remains one of the most unique shopping malls in Dubai. The themed architecture and relaxed atmosphere make it ideal for slower afternoons away from the crowds.

Why We Love Dubai’s Mall Culture
Perhaps what makes Dubai’s malls so special is that they have become part of everyday life. They’re places where we meet friends, enjoy dinner, work remotely, spend weekends and create memories.
And while Dubai constantly reinvents itself, these are still the shopping destinations we genuinely love returning to.
