THE WEEKLY EDIT
EYWA Tree of Life Presented by M A I REAL ESTATE L.L.C — Plus Eight Objects of Desire
Hello Beauties,
Welcome to the Dubai Luxury Weekly Edit. This week, we begin with EYWA Tree of Life, presented in partnership with M A I REAL ESTATE L.L.C, before discovering eight expressive finds across fashion, accessories and interiors.
From a distinctive Dubai residence to Roksanda’s sculptural rosette, Wandler’s curved leather and Cult Gaia’s statement-making silver, this edit is about the spaces we inhabit and the pieces we choose to bring into them.

THE TBM PERSPECTIVE
The result is a residential concept in which architecture, nature and contemporary design are brought into dialogue.
Along Dubai’s prestigious Marasi Drive, overlooking the Dubai Canal, EYWA Tree of Life introduces an entirely different architectural language to the city’s residential landscape.
Developed by R.Evolution, the internationally established luxury developer, EYWA takes its inspiration from the ancient Banyan tree — a symbol of longevity, strength and renewal.
Conceived by architect and interior designer Zane Tetere-Sulce of OAD, the building translates this natural inspiration into an expressive architectural form, with intertwining branches and organic structures shaping its distinctive silhouette.

The Art of Exceptional Living
With just 52 residences, including two penthouses, EYWA Tree of Life embraces an intimate approach to luxury living.
The interiors are defined by a considered selection of natural materials and refined craftsmanship.
Roman travertine, Australian Paldao wood cabinetry and oak parquet establish a sophisticated material palette, while contemporary kitchens feature appliances from Miele, Liebherr and Bosch.
Expansive residential layouts, private terraces and carefully designed living spaces reflect the development’s commitment to architectural quality and comfort.
Every detail contributes to a coherent interior concept, where materials and craftsmanship take precedence over fleeting design trends.

THE WELLBEING CONCEPT
A New Perspective on Wellbeing
Beyond its architectural identity, EYWA Tree of Life has been conceived around an ambitious philosophy of wellness-oriented residential living.
The development’s planned amenities include a 25-metre infinity pool, a dedicated spa with sauna and hammam facilities, a yoga and fitness studio, a library and a clubhouse restaurant.
Its wider residential concept also incorporates advanced air filtration, carefully selected materials and integrated building technologies intended to support a considered approach to everyday wellbeing.
Here, luxury is approached not simply through aesthetics, but through the relationship between the built environment and the experience of living within it.

02 / Fashion · Occasion Dressing
The Dress That Doesn’t Need An Introduction
A sculptural rose, a rush of pink and a compelling reason to rethink eveningwear.

There is confidence in a dress that refuses to play a supporting role. Roksanda’s Radica makes its case through volume rather than embellishment: a taffeta silhouette, an oversized rosette and a tiered skirt with remarkable presence. The pink is joyful, but the construction keeps everything considered.
The appeal for an occasion in Dubai is how little additional styling it asks for. We would choose a narrow sandal and simple earrings; the dress already provides the drama. It is not merely another evening option, but a piece with a point of view.
THE TBM NOTE — Keep jewellery quiet and the hair clean. The rose should take centre stage.

Black, But Anything But Predictable
Fluid movement and cape sleeves offer a fresh answer to the little black dress.

The most persuasive black dresses rarely rely on decoration. SIMKHAI’s Sadia works through proportion: a folded neckline, soft cape sleeves and an asymmetric hem that shifts with the wearer. The overall effect is polished but never rigid.
For dinner, we would pair this with a sharply pointed shoe and a beautifully structured bag. It is an easy way to introduce movement into an otherwise minimal wardrobe, without resorting to another trend-led detail.
THE TBM NOTE — Contrast the soft drape with one sharply defined accessory.

A Print With Somewhere To Go
Italian silk meets an expressive Atlantis motif and a soft mermaid hem.

La DoubleJ knows the difference between a decorative print and one that gives a garment its personality. The Atlantis motif on this silk skirt follows a streamlined, high-waisted silhouette before opening into a graceful fluted hem.
That contrast is why we selected it. With a crisp white shirt, the skirt has enough presence for lunch; with a fine black knit, it looks ready for an evening event. An expressive piece does not have to be difficult to wear. It simply needs a clear silhouette.

A Shape Worth Coming Back To
Curved black leather gives an everyday bag a more considered silhouette.

Some bags make their impression through logos; others depend on the confidence of their lines. Wandler’s Veneto belongs to the second group, with a curved shape and polished black leather that feel distinctive without becoming loud.
We would wear it with relaxed tailoring, but it has enough character to hold its own next to an evening silhouette. For us, the best accessory is often the one that brings the whole wardrobe into focus without asking to be noticed every time.
THE TBM NOTE — A memorable silhouette can do more for an outfit than another visible logo.

A Small Heel, A Very Clear Point Of View
An elongated toe and a modest stiletto make the finishing touch feel modern.

Aeyde’s Cari is the kind of shoe that looks straightforward until you notice how effectively it changes the line of an outfit. The pointed toe feels precise, while the low heel keeps the silhouette from becoming too formal.
With trousers, the result is lean and elegant; with a longer skirt, it creates a nice tension between softness and structure. We like accessories that make dressing more flexible rather than requiring a separate wardrobe for every invitation.

When The Bag Becomes The Jewellery
A polished silver sculpture designed to be carried after dark.

Cult Gaia’s Caldera sits somewhere between evening bag and art object. The sculpted, reflective silver finish catches the light and brings texture to an otherwise clean silhouette. Its appeal is immediate but not dependent on a logo.
The strongest styling feels deliberately simple: an ivory column dress, a black tailored look or a soft tonal set. One striking metallic piece is plenty. We are drawn to objects that are compelling both in use and at rest; this clutch has the personality to be both.
THE TBM NOTE — Let the metallic finish be the one bold note.

A Little Romance, With An Edge
An anatomical glass heart gives the everyday flower arrangement a surreal twist.

Designed by Marcantonio for Seletti, Love in Bloom interprets the heart quite literally. Made in transparent glass, its anatomical shape turns even a few slender flowers into a miniature installation.
It is exactly the kind of slightly unexpected object we like in an otherwise well-edited room. Place it against a simple background rather than adding more decorative pieces around it. Beautiful interiors feel collected, not entirely coordinated. Sometimes one object with humour is what makes a space memorable.

The Room Needs One Unexpected Character
Graphic serpents, glossy porcelain and gold details challenge the all-neutral interior.

Jonathan Adler’s Eden Round Vase is a reminder that luxury interiors need not always be quiet. The glossy porcelain surface carries a bold serpent motif and gold accents that lend the piece a playful, graphic presence.
We would set it on a console beside a short stack of art books, or let it anchor a low table without flowers at all. The point is not to make every accessory match. It is to collect things that have something to say. This one certainly does.
THE TBM NOTE — One expressive vase is often more interesting than a shelf of matching objects.
