NFT PARIS RETURNS TO THE GRAND PALAIS
Hello Beauties,
NFT Paris was confirmed for its second edition on February 24 and 25, 2023, returning as one of Europe’s leading events dedicated to NFTs, blockchain culture and the growing Web3 economy.
Designed for professionals, collectors, creators and enthusiasts of today’s cultural and economic shift, NFT Paris created a meeting point between traditional brands and native Web3 players.
A Cultural Bridge Between Brands And Web3
The first edition of NFT Paris took place in January 2022 and brought together more than 800 participants at Station F. For its second edition, the event moved into one of France’s most iconic cultural locations: the Grand Palais, located in the heart of Paris.
This setting gave the event a different level of cultural weight. NFT Paris was not only positioned as a technology conference, but as a bridge between art, culture, luxury, commerce and digital ownership.
Why It Matters
The event was expected to bring together more than 8,000 people, underlining how quickly NFTs and Web3 conversations had moved from niche communities into broader cultural and business spaces.
Luxury, Technology And The Future Internet
NFT Paris acted as a discussion platform between NFT-native companies and major pioneering brands committed to exploring Web3.
Companies such as LVMH, L’Oréal, Shopify and Volkswagen were part of the wider conversation around how established global brands could engage with blockchain technology, digital ownership and new consumer models.
Across two days, attendees had the opportunity to hear from leading figures in the NFT and Web3 space, including Nicolas Julia, founder and CEO of Sorare; Yat Siu, founder of Animoca Brands; Sébastien Borget, founder and COO of The Sandbox; Matt Medved, founder and CEO of NFT Now; and Punk6529, founder of OM.
The Bigger Picture
At its core, NFT Paris reflected a much larger shift. NFTs were no longer only discussed as digital collectibles. They became part of a wider conversation about ownership, identity, community, commerce and the next phase of the internet.
For fashion, luxury and media, this remains one of the most important areas to watch. The intersection of culture and technology is no longer a future idea. It is already happening.
