DUBAI LUXURY WEEKLY EDIT
Five different worlds, one TBM mood — an Italian design icon, an uncompromising scent, the bag with quiet attitude, denim that refuses to disappear and a Pucci top made for after dark.
The things that make a week interesting rarely come from one category. This time our eye went from an orange Artemide lamp to Nasomatto’s deliberately unconventional Absinth, then straight into an Osoi bag, leopard denim from GANNI and a fuchsia-and-black PUCCI silk top.
That mix is the point. A good edit should feel like a wardrobe, a room and a mood colliding — especially in Dubai, where design, scent and fashion are all part of the same everyday visual language.
Artemide Nessino Turns A Lamp Into A Mood
One small piece can change an entire room, and Nessino has exactly that kind of presence.
Nessino is compact, glossy and instantly recognisable without demanding a minimalist room around it. The saturated orange is what makes us stop: against stone, lacquer, dark timber or an otherwise neutral interior, it behaves almost like a piece of pop sculpture.
For Dubai interiors, where natural light can be unforgiving and large spaces often need visual punctuation, that concentrated hit of colour feels especially useful. We would rather have one object with personality than five decorative fillers.
The TBM Take: put it somewhere slightly unexpected — a bedside table, a lacquered console or next to a serious piece of art. The contrast is the point.

The fragrances we remember are usually the ones with a point of view before the first full sentence has even formed.
Absinth looks almost severe: a squat glass bottle, golden liquid, oversized wood cap. That visual restraint suits a scent built around the idea of something green, dark and slightly strange rather than conventionally pretty.
In a climate where fragrance becomes part of the way we dress, not just a finishing spray, we like the idea of something that holds its own after sunset. This is less about matching an outfit and more about changing the atmosphere around it.
Worth Knowing: when the clothes are simple, scent can be the most expressive thing in the room.

A useful bag does not need to be anonymous. Osoi’s Mini Brocle proves the point with one very good buckle.
The appeal is the tension between a straightforward shoulder-bag shape and the belt-like hardware running across the front. In brown leather, it feels more considered than basic black but still quiet enough to become part of a real wardrobe.
We would put it against oversized tailoring, a white shirt or denim and let the silver hardware do the work. It is exactly the kind of accessory that makes a familiar outfit look newly intentional.
How We’d Wear It: with the bag doing one thing and the rest of the look doing less.

If jeans are going to carry a print this strong, the cut has to keep everything else under control.
The Lari shape gives the print enough space to read as graphic rather than gimmicky. A relaxed leg and classic five-pocket construction keep one foot in familiar denim territory while the leopard pattern takes care of the rest.
The styling rule is simple: no competing print, no complicated top. A fitted black knit, oversized white shirt or clean tank makes them much easier to wear than the pattern first suggests.
Style Note: statement denim works best when it is treated like ordinary denim.

Sometimes one piece of print is more powerful than committing to the entire story.
PUCCI’s Orchidee print has enough energy that the smartest move is to isolate it. The silk top gives the colour and movement their moment, while the scarf detail at the neck makes it feel finished before jewellery enters the conversation.
For a Dubai evening, we would take the obvious route away: black trousers, a long skirt or very clean denim, slick hair and one compact bag. The top should be the reason the outfit exists.
The Detail: strong print, bare shoulders, almost no styling noise.
